This Grange Court, Toorak renovation began with a much loved but tired family home. The original house had good bones and a rich history, but the layout felt closed in, the finishes were dated and the spaces no longer suited modern family living.

01. KITCHEN
As the builder on this project, my goal was to respect the character of the home while transforming it into a refined, luxury residence that feels timeless, warm and highly functional.
Over a 10 month build, I carefully reworked every key area of the property. The kitchen became the heart of the home, redesigned as a bespoke, high end space with clean lines, premium joinery and considered lighting.
02. Bathroom
The bathrooms were completely stripped back and rebuilt as luxurious retreats, with modern fixtures, elegant finishes and a calm, spa like atmosphere.
03. Bedroom
The master bedroom was transformed into a peaceful sanctuary, with a focus on comfort, proportion and subtle detailing.
04.BALCONY
This elegant balcony offers a private outdoor retreat for relaxation and entertaining. Featuring premium finishes, timeless architectural detailing, and tranquil views.
The space enhances indoor outdoor living while providing comfort, sophistication, and a perfect setting to enjoy every season.
05. Wine room
I also created a custom wine room that combines sophisticated design with practical storage, turning it into a real feature of the home and a place to host guests.
06. Sitting Area
This refined sitting area blends sophisticated design with everyday comfort, creating a warm, inviting space perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or enjoying quiet moments
07. Lounge
In the living and lounge areas, I opened up the rooms, introduced a softer, boutique feel and created a seamless flow that invites people to relax and entertain.
08. Meal
The dining room renovation achieves a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere, seamlessly blending modern elegance with comfortable seating to create the perfect setting for memorable meals.
09. Outdoor courtyard
Outdoor areas were just as important as the interiors. The balcony and courtyard were redesigned to enhance indoor outdoor living, adding privacy, comfort and a sense of escape.
New surfaces, lighting and landscaping work together to make these spaces feel like an extension of the home rather than an afterthought.
